PTA Members

- (PTA Members receive a $5 discount per class – if you signed up after March 1 @ 9 am your email will not work. Email me at vpofasp@tolbertpta.org with a copy of your receipt and I will help you further.)
General Registration
- Wednesday March 8 @9:00pm reg opens
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE
Wednesday March 15 @9:00pm
NO late registrations will be accepted

How this works
- You do not need an account to register for a class
- You can only register one (1) child at a time
- On the Registration page filter classes by Grade and Day
- Pay by credit card to guarantee your spot in the class(es)*. Credit card payments are preferred. If you need to pay by check please reach out to Andi Kiehle, but please be aware that classes will fill quickly and a spot is not guaranteed.
- Choose your classes carefully. No refunds will be given unless a class is cancelled due to low enrollment or other extenuating circumstances
- Read all Tolbert PTA ASP policies carefully before signing. Students, leaders and parents will be held accountable.
- If your student participates in the YMCA or CASA they will be returned to those programs after ASP and you will pick up as usual.
Once you have registered you will receive an email confirmation. SAVE that email – it will have a link to your personal page that has your latest registration status, class dates, and other helpful reminders.
*Financial Aid
We want every child at Tolbert to participate in ASP. Please reach out to our Parent Liaison, Lisa Bridge, BEFORE our registration window opens for pre-approval. When you register, please make sure that you check the box to request financial aid and that you complete the registration process. If you are signing up for more than one class per child, the class with the higher cost, will be given as the free class.
